
Pathway to Purpose Scholarship
The Pathway to Purpose Scholarship supports students who have shown resilience, academic promise, and dedication to service. This scholarship is designed to assist future healthcare and social work professionals who face financial barriers in accessing higher education.

Award Amount: $2,500
Use of Funds: Tuition, room and board, and/or books
Eligibility Criteria

Students with demonstrated financial need

Students who have demonstrated resilience, academic achievement, and an established commitment to community service

Applicants must reside in Cook, Will, or DuPage County in Illinois
-
Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted into an accredited two or four-year college, university, or vocational program and pursue a healthcare or social work degree

Special consideration given to applicants who are a family member of a current or former hospice patient (parent, sibling, child, or grandchild)

Minimum GPA of 2.75 or higher
